Archer, in collaboration with Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems, is seeking a full-time Lead Radar Signal Processing Systems Engineer in New Jersey. You will contribute to design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high-performance radar signal processor systems onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility.

The ideal candidate is a US citizen, capable of obtaining a government security clearance, and brings experience in radar signal processing, algorithm development, modelling

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Lead Radar Signal Processing Systems Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high performance Radar Signal Processor systems. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Radar Signal Processing, Data Analysis, Algorithm Development, Modelling and Simulation Development, Software Verification and Model Based Systems Engineering.

Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• 9+ years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with requirements development and performance analysis
• Experience with algorithm development
• Experience with Radar and Radar Signal Processing
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500 - $198,422.
