Job summary

NFP, an Aon Company, is seeking a VP, Broker - Reps and Warranties to lead complex representations & warranties and tax liability placements. You will partner with clients, counsel, and carriers through the full lifecycle, mentoring staff and strengthening insurer relationships.

The role emphasizes deal execution leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel required about once every month or two in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Juris Doctorate degree is preferred.
• M&A experience preferred, with emphasis on broking or underwriting R&W and/or tax liability policies.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution Leadership: lead R&W and tax liability placements from intake to closing.
• Client & Carrier Engagement: maintain relationships with corporate/private equity clients and carriers.
• Analytical Support: prepare analyses for client/carrier meetings and internal reviews.
• Project Support: contribute to long-term initiatives within the Transaction Liability team.
• Collaboration & Independence: work as part of a team and independently as needed.
