Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Hands-on fabrication, mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs and technical docs.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of lab technicians and coach growth.
• Manage prototype request log to meet milestones and timelines.
• Provide hands-on support for fabrication and prototype modifications.
• Maintain a safe, organized lab environment using 5S and standard work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report KPIs.
