Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional rapid prototyping teams to design, build and deliver optical prototypes.
• Drive prototype execution from concept through evaluation and handoff to Technology or manufacturing.
• Collaborate with customers, Product, Manufacturing, and R&D to align objectives and feasibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve prototype responsiveness, cost, and quality through methods and tooling.
