Job summary

Qualifications

• BS with 4+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or integrated circuit fabrication.
• MS with 2+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• PhD with 1+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience includes Integration, Lithography, and semiconductor process development.

Responsibilities

• owning the success of the technology ramp from development to mature product
• owns a technology module, prioritizes projects, delegates tasks to the module team
• develops/qualifies silicon photonics flows and integration to meet performance, reliability, and defect-free manufacturing
• detects line issues through data analysis and drives containment to protect yield and delivery
• collaborates with device and process teams to drive development of new production technologies
• drives cost reductions through waste elimination, line and test yield improvements, and efficiency gains
• ensures product route synchronization with baseline technology
• engages with customers by reporting issues, status and milestones
