Job summary

You will own the 45nm Silicon Photonics technology ramp from development to mature production, and lead a technology module with prioritized projects based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree plus relevant experience: BS with 4+ years, MS with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ years.

Responsibilities

• Own the 45nm Silicon Photonics technology ramp from development to mature technology.
• Full ownership of a technology module and prioritization of projects based on business need.
• Develop/qualify silicon photonics process flows and integration to meet performance, reliability, and defect-free manufacturing.
