Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an aQuant Analytics Manager within the Collections Analytics team to design and deliver data-driven insights that influence product and business decisions.

You will drive performance measurement, financial business cases, and optimization strategies across multiple collections domains. Responsibilities include rigorous quantitative analysis using SAS, SQL, Alteryx, and Python; developing KPIs, and partnering with Technology for data capture and platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline; 7+ years in analytical, finance, or engineering-related roles.
• Proven experience designing and interpreting A/B test analytics.
• Track record in strategic analytics, business case development, and financial benefit sizing.
• 7+ years hands-on experience across analytics tools and big data environments (SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Unix, Excel).
• Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Agentic AI for analytical applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of card, overdraft, and auto collections business with KPI-focused insights.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to evaluate performance of collections strategies and product features.
• Identify opportunities to enhance strategies; define KPIs for new initiatives.
• Build financial business cases to support product initiatives and investments.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams on data capture, storage, and migrations.
• Champion analytical automation to scale processes.
• Serve as strategic advisor to cross-functional partners with data-driven storytelling.
