Moss Inc. in Kaysville, UT is seeking a quality inspector/packager for the SEG product line. You will lead a team, perform final quality inspection, and ensure proper assembly, packing, and labeling of high-end exhibits.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, documenting labor and materials, and maintaining a clean workspace while upholding Moss quality standards for customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles a plus.
• Must be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the assigned team members to achieve the daily work in the SEG Product Line.
• Coach and be a role model for team members, ensure team is working efficiently and effectively.
• Efficiently and accurately assemble, quality check, disassemble, and pack Moss product.
• Interact professionally with other departments.
• Read and understand work orders, setup instructions, and drawings.
