Job summary

Moss is seeking a Quality Control Lead to collaborate with production staff, identify and reduce graphics quality issues from submission to QC, and sign off on graphics before shipping. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and maintain quality systems aligned with Moss standards.

You will work with the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement to define manufacturing strategies, write SOPs, and implement best-in-class processes that ensure top quality in graphic production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, engineering, or related discipline is required.
• Experience implementing and managing quality projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use Lean Principles and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect graphics for deviations from customer art or work orders.
• Ensure root cause analysis is performed and preventative actions implemented.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to remove waste and simplify operations.
• Create cross-functional teams to advance operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and audit SOPs and work instructions.
