Job summary

Moss Holding Company, a visual communications leader, seeks a hands-on Quality Lead for the SEG Product Line in Kaysville, UT. You will supervise a team, perform final inspection, and ensure packaging meets Moss quality standards while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, labeling, and documenting production steps with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using hand tools and reading tape measures.
• Carpentry or other mechanical experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast-paced, high-end production environments.
• Experience with quality inspection and documenting workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned team to achieve daily SEG Product Line requirements.
• Coach and model efficient, safe and quality-driven work practices.
• Assemble, quality check, disassemble and pack Moss products accurately.
• Record labor and materials to work orders using Moss systems.
• Review instructions, labeling and graphics for accuracy.
• Maintain organized workspace and ensure 5S standards where applicable.
• Identify issues with products and escalate to Supervisor promptly.
