Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking a Lead Quality Inspector in the United States to perform a variety of inspection and test tasks across manufacturing and related processes. You will use handheld measuring instruments and vision equipment for dimensional and visual checks, with some work in a cleanroom environment onsite or offsite.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years in quality or production, plus basic MS Word/Excel and good math skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years experience in Quality or Production role, performing inspections/testing and using measuring gauges.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Word/Excel and good math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and good eye-hand coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections/tests (dimensional and visual) throughout manufacturing processes.
• Input inspection/test results into designated databases/logs.
• Maintain records of inspection results and related quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections in cleanroom environments onsite or offsite as needed.
