Saint-Gobain, a global leader in building materials, seeks a Lead Quality Inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections across manufacturing stages. You will use calipers, gages and other precision tools, input results into logs, and ensure documentation accuracy in accordance with specifications.

Some work may occur in a cleanroom, either on site or offsite. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in quality/production inspections, plus basic MS Word/Excel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years experience in Quality or Production role with inspections/testing.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Word/Excel and good math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and good eye-hand coordination required.
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, gages, pi tapes.
• Good vision to read materials and measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections/tests (dimensional and visual) across manufacturing stages.
• Enter inspection/test results into designated databases/logs and maintain records.
• Conduct inspections in cleanroom environments onsite or offsite as required.
• Follow specifications, router instructions or procedures and document outcomes.
