Job summary

ICIMS is seeking a Lead, Quality Engineering to drive high-quality software delivery across our portfolio. You will guide testing strategy, own release quality, and collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed quality in the SDLC.

You will develop automation, oversee CI/CD test automation, perform code reviews, mentor testers and engineers, and push continuous improvement across teams while acting as the voice of quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in software engineering for scalable software design.
• 6+ years as an SDET or similar role developing automated frameworks and tests.
• 3+ years leading multiple quality teams with 8-10 direct reports.
• Strong proficiency in testing methodologies, techniques, and tools with CI/CD focus.
• Experience with RESTful services and web technologies; Agile/Lean delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own overall quality for releases by acting as customer and quality advocate.
• Develop and automate testing processes within a CI/CD construct.
• Ensure test plans and executions are completed prior to production release.
• Maintain and improve automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide training and direction for multiple quality teams and partners.
• Be the voice of the customer for a functional product area across teams.
