Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of QA/SDET experience with architectural leadership.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-assisted script generation).
• Strong experience building test automation frameworks (Playwright, Appium, Cypress, Selenium).
• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android), web apps, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
• Strong programming skills in Python/TypeScript/Java; CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience establishing quality metrics, performance/load testing, and observability (Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk).

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks across Web and mobile.
• Deploy AI-driven test automation pipelines to generate test cases and data.
• Develop automated diagnostic engines using AI and observability tools.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with deterministic quality gates.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers on testability and risk.
