Job summary

Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC in Waunakee, WI is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to lead the QC Chemistry team. You will coordinate daily lab activities, ensure testing compliance, and support cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and engineering.

You will supervise staff, drive training and development, and uphold cGMP standards while maintaining precise documentation and continuous improvement of QC workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related or laboratory experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience leading a team of QC professionals and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Experience with eQMS and LIMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QC Chemistry team and coordinate daily lab activities.
• Provide floor support, identify gaps, implement corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with cGMP and quality policies.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
