Job summary

BioTalent in California is seeking a Supervisor for Quality Control In-Process to lead the QC In-Process team and ensure high-quality analytical support for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in life sciences QC or analytical labs, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, hands-on testing in LAL, ELISA, HPLC, and GMP-regulated environments, and a track record of team leadership and regulatory collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biology required.
• 5+ years in life sciences QC/analytical lab with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with analytical testing and laboratory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QC In-Process team daily.
• Review and approve analytical data, reports, SOPs, and test methods.
• Support analytical testing including LAL, ELISA, HPLC, pH, UV spectroscopy, and compendial methods.
• Develop analyst schedules and align with manufacturing needs.
• Oversee instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Lead training and performance management of analysts.
• Support investigations and participate in audits.
