Position Description
The Lead Quality Control Engineer (LQCE) will manage the QC process on Hensel Phelps projects, exercising judgment in quality control recommendations, policy implementation, and handling various QC matters in the field and office. They may mentor less-experienced QC engineers or perform QC activities on multiple projects. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Physical Work Classification & Demands
Moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and frequent movements such as walking, kneeling, sitting, crouching, reaching, stooping, and climbing. Must be able to operate a vehicle and work in various environmental conditions, including noise, temperature extremes, and outdoor elements.
