Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Lead QA Engineer (Dynamics 365) in Tempe, AZ for a Direct Hire, hybrid role. You will lead QA across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, drive automated and manual testing strategies, and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

The role requires extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in test automation, SQL, API testing, and Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights/Journeys.
• Experience with test automation, manual testing, SQL, Postman, API testing, and integration testing.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing QA teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives for Dynamics 365 applications and provide technical guidance to QA team members.
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans to validate functionality, performance, and system reliability.
• Partner with development and business teams to perform end-to-end testing of integrated systems and ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish QA best practices, testing standards, and documentation processes across multiple concurrent projects.
• Mentor, coach, and develop QA Engineers while supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Ensure quality across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and related integrations.

This is a hybrid role ideal for candidates with deep experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights environments. This individual will lead QA efforts across enterprise Dynamics 365 initiatives, drive automated and manual testing strategies, and mentor a team of QA engineers while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000/year; compensation may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
