The Lead Quality Assurance Dynamics 365 Engineer is responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals. They provide QA support for the Dynamics 365 roadmap, including the design, implementation and execution of automated and manual test plans to identify bugs, verify system functionality and ensure software applications meet operational and design standards. Participates simultaneously in multiple IT project implementations. Has a working knowledge of advanced QA concepts, practices, and procedures. Brings an enterprise level perspective to designs and solutions.
Organizational Impact: Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on Dynamics 365 features, stories, and integrations. Contributes to the development of goals and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.). Work is performed with limited oversight. Works in an agile environment with teammates to deliver bug‑free systems and features. Provides measurable input to new products, processes or standard in operational plans in order to implement operational objectives.
Typically, responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. Works with Scrum Master for delegation of work.
Requires deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights Journeys, typically obtained through higher education combined with experience. Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience.
Thorough knowledge of, and experience with, quality assurance best practices. Experience with various methods of testing including automation, SQL queries, Postman,
Dynamics 365 certifications is a plus
