Job summary

ValoreMVP is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM platform in Tempe, AZ. You will lead a team of QA engineers, own automated and manual test strategy, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role blends hands-on testing with leadership, ensuring reliable releases, performance, and adherence to design standards. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in Agile delivery with occasional on-call

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of QA experience with leadership
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys
• Strong QA methodologies
• Hands-on test automation, SQL for data validation, and API testing with Postman
• Experience testing end-to-end integrated systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives across multiple concurrent projects, keeping deliverables on schedule and within budget
• Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test plans to find defects and verify system functionality
• Mentor, coach, and train QA engineers, and help set and track individual development goals
• Partner with other technical teams to run end-to-end testing of integrated systems
• Build and maintain QA documentation, standards, and best practices
• Lead knowledge sharing across the team and take a leadership role on cross-functional initiatives
• Help recruit and develop team members, and manage direct reports when assigned
• Work within an Agile delivery environment
• Take part in an on-call rotation for critical after-hours issues

We’re seeking a Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
