Job summary

Envista is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative in Madison, WI. You will qualify warm leads from Marketing and book appointments for outside sales, using the CRM and following standard work.

This hybrid role requires strong time management, excellent phone communication, and a customer‑service mindset. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D and Regulatory Affairs, participate in Daily Management meetings to monitor KPIs, and support a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• CRM experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies inbound marketing leads and schedules sales appointments.
• Uses CRM and follows standard work processes.
• Communicates with field sales to transition leads from Marketing to Sales.
• Meets daily, monthly, and quarterly appointment targets.
• Maintains product knowledge to support lead-to-appointment conversions via phone.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs as needed.
• Participates in Daily Management meetings to monitor KPIs and priorities.
• Supports Envista continuous improvement within the EBS framework.
