Graham Personnel Services is recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume Quick Service operation in Durham, NC. Direct Hire/Onsite with a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead a 20–40 person team, drive profitability, and ensure top-notch guest experiences daily. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and KPI analysis to improve performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume concept preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop future leaders.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
