Job summary

Verify Incorporated in Utah seeks a QMS Auditor to examine the Quality Management System, HSE, Ethics & Compliance and its procedures to verify effectiveness and evidence of continuous improvement.

The auditor will perform audits based on the ISO 9001 standard, identify major and minor findings, observations and report via our web application; experience with corrective actions and root cause analysis is required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of at least five external audits in the past year to ISO9001 or AS9100.
• Completion of QMS auditor training course with a lead auditor certification (RAB or ASQ).
• Must have special processes experiences (e.g Fabrication, machining, foundry).
• Knowledge and experience using structured Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques like 8D, five whys and DMAIC.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Position: QMS Audit

Location: UT in the USA

Duration: 1 day

Frequency: one shot

• The auditor will perform examination of the Quality Management System (QMS), HSE, Ethics & Compliance and its various elements and procedures in order to ensure its effectiveness, including observing evidence of continuous improvement.
• Perform audits based on the latest ISO9000 standard.
• The ability to identify major findings, minor findings, observations, and report information directly to the customer via web application.
• Experience initiating, reviewing and approval of corrective action responses and evaluate effectiveness of implemented corrective action(s).
