Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
• Experience in QC microbiology within regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, microbiological testing, and quality systems.
• Experience leading teams and laboratory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QC microbiology laboratory operations ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Manage microbiological testing programs, review results and document/report.
• Oversee deviations, OOS, investigations, root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Ensure lab procedures and docs meet regulatory requirements.
• Support environmental monitoring and contamination control programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and maintain product integrity.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
