Job summary

BioTissue Holdings Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Manager of Quality Control Microbiology to lead daily microbiology operations, environmental monitoring, and investigations related to QEs, OOSs, and CAPAs in a GMP environment.

You will oversee aseptic manufacturing in a cleanroom, manage training, review EM data, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a B.S. or M.S. in biology, biochemistry, microbiology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of microbiology experience in GMP operations or quality roles.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily microbiology operations, EM, and sampling in a cleanroom.
• Seniority-driven oversight of QA investigations, CAPAs, OOSs and change controls.
• Lead training on aseptic techniques, EM, and gowning; mentor staff.
