Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Lead QC Lab Technician in Winston-Salem, NC. You will operate, monitor, and adjust blending equipment to assure product quality; test water, syrup, and finished products; review records; and train new associates in a fast-paced lab setting.

Responsibilities include calibration, micro testing, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to PCNA quality procedures. High school diploma and QC experience are preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust blending equipment to ensure product quality.
• Review daily records for accuracy and train new associates.
• Test water, syrup, sugar, finished product, and packaging quality per PCNA procedures.
• Calibrate equipment and test micro blend parameters.
• Assist QC Supervisor/Manager to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Organize lab storage and perform housekeeping; assist with CIP verification/setup.
