Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Lead Lab Technician to assure product quality and compliance with PCNA specs. You will operate blending equipment, review daily records, test water and syrup, calibrate equipment, and train new associates while supporting a high-performing QC team.

Collaborate with QC supervisors to monitor beverage quality in a fast-paced environment and ensure finished products meet stringent specifications.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent or three (3) years of quality control experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs micro blend operation.
• Tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup.
• Monitors production lines for beverage quality.
• Calibrates equipment.
• Testing and treat water Microbiology collecting, plating, reading and recording.
• Receives concentrate Controls lab inventory (Kanban).
• Trains new technicians.
• CIP Verification/Setup/Perform.
• Organizes storage, perform housekeeping and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
