Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in a cGLP/cGMP lab; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with chromatography instrumentation (HPLC) and troubleshooting.
• Develops and revises SOPs; supports audits and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct routine and non-routine QC activities in chemistry and microbiology.
• Provide technical leadership for HPLC, GC, FTIR, ICP.
• Maintain cGLP/cGMP compliance and quality documents (SOPs, records).
• Oversee training and SOP program; manage OOS/OOT investigations.
• Supervise staff; perform annual reviews and maintain records.
