System Canada is seeking an accomplished project manager with deep experience in retail banking, insurance and mortgage banking to lead complex programs in the United States. You will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, define project plans, risk mitigation, and governance artifacts, and drive enterprise releases from inception through delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, meticulous planning, and hands-on oversight of budgets, schedules, and quality plans.

Formación

• 10+ years experience in program or project management.
• Expertise in retail banking, insurance and mortgage banking.
• Experience creating project plans, strategies, SOWs, effort/cost estimates, and quality plans.
• Experience coordinating production rollout and enterprise releases.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing Project Plan, Strategy, Statement Of Work, Effort & Cost Estimation, Quality Plan and other management documents
• Coordinating, scheduling and planning of production roll out & implementation of different Enterprise release
• Application design walk thru with stake holders
• Creation of Risk Mitigation Plan
• Coordinating the Test data & Test environment set-up
• Supervise the execution process and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and Metrics
• Project Management activities including interacting with all the stakeholders
• Establish and organize Onsite/Offshore Teams
• Monitoring and Tracking Tasks of Team Members & stake holders
• Build checklist and guidelines to design, scripting and execution
• Carried out audit on the identified vendor
