Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a QA Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Aurora, CO to lead daily QA activities on the production floor and supervise QA technicians. The role emphasizes maintaining SQF, HACCP, and GMP compliance, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement aligned to customer expectations.

Qualified candidates have a BS in a food manufacturing environment and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a team environment and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of QA Technicians to ensure QA tasks are carried out as directed.
• Provides guidance on quality and food safety issues to ops and QA teams.
• Coach, train, and support the QA team to support business growth.
• Communicates daily with FSQA Techs regarding production schedule and QA issues.
• Maintain quality management systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMP.
• Support audits and participate in inspections; analyze findings and corrective actions.
