Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience on a production floor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA Technicians and coach the QA team to support growth.
• Provide guidance on quality and food safety to Operations and QA teams.
• Coordinate internal and third‑party audits and inspections.
• Support hold, trace, and recall activities and report summary.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP and related QMS.
