Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Mechanical QA/QC Manager to oversee QA/QC and field inspection activities for mechanical construction projects. Dallas, TX is the preferred base with multiple Texas/Arizona locations possible and travel to sites as required.

The role emphasizes interpreting drawings, specifications, and codes, conducting inspections of plumbing, piping, HVAC systems, and ensuring turnover packages are complete and compliant with project standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of mechanical construction, plumbing, piping, HVAC, inspection, commissioning, or QA/QC experience.
• Extensive field inspection experience with mechanical systems.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs, submittals, and codes.
• Working knowledge of IMC, IPC, UPC, UMC, NFPA and local requirements.
• Experience preparing inspection reports, deficiency logs, punch lists, and turnover docs.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific mechanical QA/QC plans and testing requirements.
• Perform field inspections of plumbing, piping, HVAC, and related mechanical systems.
• Verify installations comply with drawings, specs, codes, and manufacturer requirements.
• Inspect rough-in work, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Monitor construction activities and identify deficiencies and nonconforming work.
• Issue and track inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections with project teams, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Witness pressure testing, balancing, commissioning, and system acceptance.
• Ensure inspections are documented before systems are concealed or turned over.
