Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Manager to establish and run the quality program for a high-profile commercial project.

You will lead inspections, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement with proactive field engagement and collaboration with project stakeholders. The role requires 5–7 years in QA/QC for commercial construction, proficiency in Procore, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and inspection protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 30 and/or USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification preferred.
• Ability to lead field teams and enforce quality standards with professionalism and integrity.
• Proven track record working with people, teams and projects.
• Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document QA/QC inspections across trades and maintain reports.
• Lead Procore observations and ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive daily QA/QC logs and share with the project team.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers and subs to meet quality standards.
• Provide training on QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with codes and project specs.
