Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the project’s quality control plan on site.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and quality checks across construction activities.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals for compliance with requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor workmanship and resolve nonconforming work.
• Maintain inspection reports, testing records and corrective-action logs.
• Liaise with project management, subcontractors and government representatives.
• Support punch-list inspections, closeout documentation and project handover.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license OR an Architect license.
