Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a QA/QC Leader to plan, coordinate and implement the project‑specific QA/QC plan ensuring full contract compliance. You will manage QA/QC staff, collaborate with owners/architects, and ensure ethical, compliant project execution from start to finish.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of construction QA/QC experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with documentation, RFIs, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience in construction QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, plans, specs and codes.
• Leadership and mentoring skills; ability to supervise QA/QC staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop the project QA/QC plan to ensure contract compliance.
• Lead, supervise and develop QA/QC staff and ensure adherence to ethics and compliance.
• Coordinate with project team, owners, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Oversee testing/inspections and document results; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Direct non‑conforming work removal and verify corrective actions before proceeding.
