Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead position.
• Typically 7 years of experience in software testing and/or software development.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control methodologies.
• Leadership and/or project management experience in a cross-functional, high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AWS, SQL, ADO, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for different levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and automation across projects and releases.
• Identify complex problems and drive resolution with minimal supervision.
• Mentor QA team members and share testing best practices.
• Coordinate with product owners to resolve issues and enhancements.
• Perform validation for defects and ensure timely quality results.
• Communicate with end users and internal customers about testing outcomes.
• Assist leadership with data-informed decisions and root-cause analyses.
