Programmers.io is seeking an experienced QA/SDET to lead testing efforts for our modern software products in Charlotte, NC. You will define QA strategy, build automation, and drive quality across release cycles.

You will mentor engineers, develop robust automation frameworks, and collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design to improve coverage and shift-left testing while measuring quality metrics. Strong experience with API and performance testing, CI/CD, and cloud-oriented environments is

Formación

5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience.
2+ years in a senior QA role.
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks.
Experience with API testing and performance testing.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Define and lead QA strategy and quality standards.
Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
Improve test coverage and drive shift-left testing.
Manage release quality gates and sign-off processes.
Track defects and report quality metrics.
Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
