Job summary

Inspiration Global in Berkeley Heights, NJ seeks a Lead QE to drive quality across Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile setup. You will lead 8-12 engineers, plan in-sprint testing, automation, and release readiness, and mentor teams to embed AI-based quality insights.

You'll ensure end-to-end data validation, CI/CD integration, and robust test automation using Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like SauceLabs.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams with automation and AI-driven insights.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and cloud test execution platforms.
• Exposure to telecom rating, billing, revenue assurance and regulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model.

Required Skills And Experience

• Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, cloud test execution platform (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc), and release readiness
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).
• Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools
• Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems
• Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing
• Strong Knowledge in Telecom (prepaid & postpaid) rating & billing, revenue assurance, tariff & discount logic, compliance & Tax, Regulatory, Domain expertise in telecom, corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint to production
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
