Job description

The job profile for this position is Senior QE Lead.
A QE Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating testing and quality engineering activities for Sales Force Sales Cloud, Cisco and reporting for Call center, ensuring the quality and accuracy of Medicare-related systems, processes, and products, developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues. Salesforce Health Cloud and Call Center Testing would likely be looking for with a unique skillset that merges expertise in both Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities and call center operations. This role will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of comprehensive suites of test automation scenarios to support each test phase and manage the integrated test environment (INT) for Government business. Additionally, this role will research, identify, and develop toolsets to address functional and integrated testing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman
Experience with API architectures and communication protocols
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot API issues.
Execute SQL queries and scripts to validate data, verify database operations, and identify defects. This includes performing functional, regression, performance, and security testing on databases.
Overseeing daily operations, workload distribution
Defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies aligned with project objectives.
Bridge between business stakeholders and the development team
Lead Integration testing for portal navigations, user interface, forms, links, images, and videos to identify bugs, errors, inconsistencies, and usability issues. Document these issues with clear steps to reproduce, prioritize their severity, and report them using designated bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
The ideal candidate will possess strong testing skills, deep knowledge of Medicare regulations and processes, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate seamless collaboration between onsite and offshore teams.
Provide technical leadership to automation engineers on the QE team, including strategic partners
Design the test automation roadmap and define governance standards to ensure adherence
Enhance/build/maintain the test automation framework
Enhance the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and processes
Recommend the test design approach for each phase (Component, Integration and Regression)
Produce metrics to show the value and savings enabled by test automation
Integrate test automation into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery approach

Required Experience / Qualifications:
5+ years in test automation roles; 8 + years of experience in technology Quality Engineering.
Demonstrated experience in use of scripting languages such as Python, AWS, AccelQ, Selenium
Demonstrated experience with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Jenkins, GIT, Selenium, Cloud or similar tools
Provide leadership for projects of various sizes and levels of complexity
Experience with Agile methodology.
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively, as well as manage outsourced/offshore testing arrangements
