Job Title: Senior QA Engineer / Lead QA EngineerExperience: 12+ YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in software quality assurance, test automation, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, validating APIs and databases, and working closely with development and business teams in Agile environments.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality, improving automation coverage, identifying defects early, and supporting reliable software releases across complex enterprise systems.

Required Technical Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
• Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks
• Strong programming experience with Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Experience testing RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Expertise in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks
• Experience with BDD/TDD practices and tools such as Cucumber
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with UI and cross-browser testing
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Strong experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Experience working with Jira, ALM, or other defect/test management tools
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments, preferably AWS or Azure
• Understanding of microservices, distributed applications, and event-driven architectures is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support production validation and troubleshoot application issues when required
