Job summary

Inspiration Global in Berkeley Heights, NJ seeks a Lead QE to drive quality across Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile setup. You will lead 8-12 engineers, plan in-sprint testing, automation, and release readiness, and mentor teams to embed AI-based quality insights.

You'll ensure end-to-end data validation, CI/CD integration, and robust test automation using Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like SauceLabs.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams with automation and AI-driven insights.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and cloud test execution platforms.
• Exposure to telecom rating, billing, revenue assurance and regulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model.
• Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off.
• Leverage AI-based solutions for test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting.
• Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs.
• Manage test execution on cloud platforms for faster feedback and scalability.
• Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.
• Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates.
• Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout.
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows.
• Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
