Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across multiple tech stacks.
• Advanced development in Java or Python with debugging skills.
• Experience building scalable data processing and ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of security, reliability, and observability.
• Ability to lead AI-assisted engineering practices and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deliver automation to eliminate manual work using AI-assisted development.
• Governs application risk and ensures compliance with firm standards.
• Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Own security and data accountability with strong authentication and proper data handling.
• Coordinate across product and engineering to prioritize AO workstreams and share knowledge.
• Run production services end-to-end with monitoring, incident management, and resiliency.
