Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operations.
• Strong programming in Python and at least one modern language.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and complex problem solving across multiple tech areas.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring issues to improve stability.
• Leads design reviews with vendors and internal teams to assess architectures.
