Responsibilities

Lead a team of 7+ developers across multiple projects and workstreams.
Provide technical leadership, solution design, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
Design, develop, and implement scalable Python-based applications and services.
Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Partner with Product Owners, Architects and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans.
Mentor and coach team members on engineering best practices and development processes.
Support production releases and critical issue resolution as needed.
