Addison Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Architect to build new applications in a greenfield environment in Dallas/Addison, TX. You’ll design, architect, and develop from the ground up, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You’ll work hands‑on across the stack using Python, Django, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure, mentor engineers, and help shape the technology strategy in a startup‑like culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer and architect who can move between high-level architecture and coding.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, insurance) is valued.
• Strong full‑stack development experience.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work in an entrepreneurial, startup-like environment.

• Design, architect, and develop new applications and technology solutions from the ground up.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Own projects across the full technology lifecycle from strategy to implementation.
