As a Lead Python Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the Engineering team supporting backend services and full-stack application development. • Build backend services using Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, Pydantic, and pytest.

• Own caching & performance using Redis, async programming, and event-driven/CDC patterns.
• Lead and mentor developers, review code, solve technical problems, and guide architecture/standards.
