Bath Fitter is seeking a Lead Purchasing Specialist for an in-office role based in New Cumberland, PA. The position focuses on purchasing installation materials, service materials, and supplies, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely delivery in support of Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Production.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in inventory control or purchasing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or purchasing.
• Ability to review pricing, lead times and backorders promptly.
• Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to the Purchasing Team and acts as SME for daily tasks.
• Review vendor order confirmations and update pricing/lead times within 1 business day.
• Update purchase orders and item cards with confirmed pricing and lead times.
• Reconcile vendor PO discrepancies and provide updated orders to suppliers.
• Monitor ETA/ship confirmations and update Navision/WMS/CRM accordingly, replying within 2 business days.
• Maintain vendor documents, pricing histories, and records.
