Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking a dedicated installer to manage bath product installations and lead the team per work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.

The role involves customer-facing support, measuring products, preparing labor estimates, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate must be able to lift heavy materials and work 6–9 hours daily in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face, phone and email support to customers.
• Accurately measure products and develop labor estimates.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy and pre-construction activities.
• Function in a customer-facing support role to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Accurately measure products, complete product orders, and specify necessary supplies.
• Communicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts during measure, install, and service.
• Explain installation steps to customers and answer questions.
• Monitor installations to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (over 75 lbs).
• Stand or be on your feet for 6-9 hours daily.
• Complete services when needed and collect final payments and documentation.
• Maintain company vehicle in a clean, stocked state.
