Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, is seeking a Purchasing Specialist for its Mechanicsburg, PA location. The role involves submitting orders to vendors, ensuring accurate product fulfillment for shower and bath projects, and maintaining revenue targets.

Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a starting compensation of $18.75 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently on daily tasks.
• Must have a smartphone to log in to required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit order information to vendors to ensure correct products are procured.
• Knowledge of all shower and bath products and processes.
• Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all ancillary actions to maintain accuracy and revenue targets.
• Receive order acknowledgements from vendors and review for correctness.
