Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to provide in-depth operational support on a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule, in Pharr, Texas. You will oversee the pulling and Back to Stock processes, coach shift associates, and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery to customers while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years' related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper operation of department equipment and requests maintenance as needed.
• Monitors quality and quantity of work per associate.
• Distributes goals for key metrics and communicates to the team.
• Provides training, coaching, and a positive working environment.
